My name is Victor. I’m a Software Developer, Systems Administrator, and Cloud Architect living in Burlington, Canada. Not only do I deeply enjoy automation, from software builds and deployments to database administration and Unix and Linux administration in virtual and cloud computing environments, but also do I enjoy designing and developing software.
My Philosophy
Software development is an art. It’s like living in a dream state. The state of mind you need to be when programming is out of this world. I’s like Monet on an empty canvas. To be productive, you have to enter an entirely symbolic world, where you manipulate algorithms and variables, foresee flows and contingencies, test out ideas, and follow intricate threads of thoughts. Working in this sort of world requires long periods of uninterrupted concentration.
