Details

ROM Timesheets is a dynamic web application designed, developed and maintained by ROM ITS. The web application has been designed and developed for part-time employees that allows them to claim worked hours for Payroll and register potentially available hours for Education resource allocation. Submitted web forms are then managed by Timesheets Administrators which is a subset of our full-time ROM Staff.

 

Timesheets Administrators are able to manage part-time employees’ timesheets as well as create, retrieve, update and delete departments, employees, positions and shifts within the system.

 

The web application is made up of two interfaces:

 Front-end Interface

This is the public interface. It is public and accessible to the world so that part-time employees can enter their hours outside of the ROM premises.
