ROM Events is dynamic web application designed, developed and maintained by ROM ITS. This application allows our members from Razor’s Edge (R7) and the general public to registered for paid and unpaid (free) ROM Events
The web application is made up of two interfaces:
This is the public interface. It is public and accessible to the world so that ROM members and the general public can enrol, book, and participate in the various events and programs that the ROM offers.
This is the administration interface. It is private and only accessible to ROM staff within the ROM premises.
This ROM Event has been created with the following Ticket types:
Other ROM Events may have more or less options. RSVP or Free Events can also appear.
ROM Events’ functions are triggered when the “Add to Cart” button is pressed.
All ROM Members will need to login using Raizor’s Edge credentials.
Once they logged in, the ROM Events registration continues.
ROM Event registrations for the general public is the same as for Members with two major differences:
In both cases, members and general public, receive one email confirmation upon payment for paid events and upon form completion for unpaid events.
Email reminders are automatically triggered based on the Event session date and they are usually sent to members and general public five days prior to the Event date. Email reminders are sent for all ROM Events, but exceptions can be made to exclude events which do not require reminders.
ROM Events calculates tax amounts which are then added to the total amount. Additional fees can be added as well upon request.
ROM Events also handles discounts which are auto detected. For example, when the same kid is registered in multiple events. Additional discounts/promo codes can be added as well upon request.
Additional functionality and reporting can be added to ROM Events. Depending on the requirement analysis and development, the turnaround can be up to a maximum of 7 hours.
Additional ROM Events customization requests are forwarded to ROM ITS.
